Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at a well-established off-license store in Wood Green, London. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a small team during daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily sales operations and assist the store manager in maintaining smooth workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and support junior staff in delivering high service standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Operate the till and ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the shop.
- Assist with product displays and promotions to boost sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in an off-license or convenience store.
- Strong leadership, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibility.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Right to work in the UK.
