I wanted to leave a review especially for Kat at this Barclays branch. She was absolutely wonderful — so kind, patient, and truly professional. She took her time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. It’s so rare to find such genuine warmth and dedication. Kat is a true asset […]

Absolutely fantastic experience at Fixlosophy! My bike went in feeling sorry for itself and came out riding like it had just won the Tour de France. Due to being so busy please don’t get complacent with regular customers because there’s much competition along the high street. Many thanks

Hasan kindly fixed my glasses after I bent the hinge by sitting on them by mistake. None of the opticians, including Boots where I bought them, were able to offer a repair so his skills really came to the rescue. I highly recommend them.
