A special shout-out to Jan, who deserves ten stars all by himself. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly a wizard with bicycle repairs. The service was amazing from start to finish—quick, professional, and with great attention to detail. The bike is now perfectly fixed, smooth, quiet, and a joy to ride again. It's rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service, but Fixlosophy absolutely delivers. Highly recommended.
