Today I visited Spot On Beauty for an eyebrow wax, and it was honestly the worst experience I've ever had. I specifically told the technician that I only wanted a cleanup and to maintain the thickness of my eyebrows. I emphasized that I did NOT want them thinner. Despite my clear instructions, she proceeded to wax off nearly half of my eyebrows. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror. To make matters worse, her attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she offered no apology and instead insisted that I pay for the service. I refused, arguing that she completely disregarded my instructions and ruined my eyebrows. Her response was defensive, and she continued to demand payment, creating an incredibly uncomfortable situation. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the technician's unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially if you care about the shape and thickness of your eyebrows. Save yourself the frustration and find a more competent and customer-focused establishment.
