Terrible experience i wish I’ve never pay £530 to this clinic, I had 4 cancellations so far, ..messing up my planes, wasting my time and money!! I’ve been sending emails to complain and never ghet a reply, I also called left messages and nobody called me back!!! I went to the shop upsett as I wanted to taulk a resolve this nightmair and the girl did’nt even apoligized, vary bad unfriendly attitude called the security ti kick me out of the shop! I wanted to taulk to the Maneger or someone capable of solving this ridiculous situations…at least the security after hearing my story alogized ….but not the stuff working there! I wish I never walk in to this clinic. Today I went for .my prepay laser hairmouval? And a girl called Sidney did my treatment for the second time, not a smile I think she hate her job and me aswell!! I would not reccomand this clinic, very disappointed
