North London Hospice Wood Green

The North London Hospice Charity Shop in Wood Green is a vital part of the community, providing support for the local hospice.

Located on a bustling street, the shop offers a wide range of donated items, including clothing, books, and household goods. With its friendly and dedicated staff, the shop welcomes customers from all walks of life, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

All proceeds from sales go directly towards funding the essential services provided by the North London Hospice, making every purchase a meaningful contribution to the well-being of patients and their families.

If you’re updating your summer holiday wardrobe, assessing your autumn pieces or replacing furniture, we would be delighted to receive your good quality pre-loved items. Find out about the sort items we can accept below.

Our shops provide almost £1 million in income each year to support end-of-life patient care and by purchasing and donating in our shops you are supporting that care and reducing the amount that goes to landfill.

There are several ways to donate. See below for an option that is convenient for you. And don’t forget to Gift Aid your items if eligible. It means we can claim 25% extra on your donation, at no cost to you.

There are 17 North London Hospice shops throughout Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. We look forward to welcoming you to shop or donate pre-loved goods soon. Your support helps fund our specialist end of life care, and helps the planet by reducing the amount that goes to landfill.

Donating Goods

We welcome donations of good quality preloved or unwanted goods, that can be delivered to any of our shops during opening hours. Items of particular interest include:

• Adult & children’s clothing, bags & shoes
• Jewellery
• Crockery, glass & bric-a-brac
• Small electrical goods
• Books, records, DVDs & CDs
• Furniture (at our High Barnet & North Finchley furniture shops)

If you have any questions about donations you can email us: collections@northlondonhospice.co.uk – you can also email a photograph of the item you wish to donate if you’re unsure about its suitability.

Please do not leave your donations outside the shops when we are closed as we will be unable to sell them. Thank you
