I’ve been going to ES since early 2022 & I’ve always had such a warm, friendly & relaxed welcome. The girls are so accommodating that you instantly feel at home. The last time I went was on the 07th September 22 and was met by a lady called Kasia. Not only did she make me feel special by attending to my every need, but she was warm, informative & friendly, what more can a customer ask for. She asked me about my concerns, of which i had none. I’d like to thank the entire team for their service & empathy. 😚 I’ll definitely come here again because the customer service is outstanding until today, the 31st of January 2023. I had my last laser appointment at 12. Once inside, I was given the usual form to complete. I was called in by Kasia after removing my lower garment she proceeded to laser my lower legs. I then asked if I had any under treatments left, so once finished, I followed her outside to check the rota. She then told me she had lasered the legs instead of the arm. I then told them that it wasn’t my mistake it was theirs. The girl on the till told me it my responsibility to know what part of the body i wanted lasered which I corrected her & told her it was their responsibility to check NOT THE CUSTOMERS!! They wanted me to pay an additional £77 for their blunder…..I DONT THINK SO! I told them I was going to the car to get my purse, but the actual truth was I was going home as I wasn’t in the mood to argue with them as I knew I was right. She layer called me to ask why I didn’t come back & I told her they made the mistake, NOT me….after all, THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT!! I THINK ILL TAKE MY CUSTOM ELSEWHERE!!!!
