CEX Wood Green

I left the Wood Green shop about an hour ago and I am still flabbergasted with the level of customer service I received there. We don’t experience this very often nowadays and I would give 9 million stars, if I could. I was greeted by a gentleman, as soon as I approached the counter. After less than a minute, he was already on the shop floor explaining about the variety of Androids he had for sale. I was looking for a phone and, being one of those annoying customers who don’t understand a thing about those products, I felt so looked after by this incredibly kind man. He was pointing at different phones, prices and highlighting the features of each product. As if this was not already good enough, I mentioned I had an issue with my phone an he said immediately he could have a look at it. After calling VIRGIN 9 times asking for help, I was sure nobody else would be able to sort out the issue. How astonished I was, when he gave me my phone back and everything was up and running. He did (in a matter of minutes), what nobody could do in days. An absolute legend ! I do not know if he is the Manager there, but his name is Jonathan and I am extremely grateful for his assistance and for his fantastic customer service. Such an asset to team !!!! Because of him, I will not only recommend the shop, but I will also visit it again soon to buy another phone. Merci du fond du cœr pour votre aide. J’en suis vraiment reconnaissant !
