We’re currently recruiting for a Venue Manager in our Wood Green Venue. Flexibility and a passion for dealing with customers and employees is a must for this role.
As a Venue Manager you will be leading a team of full and part time employees in a friendly relaxed environment that may be open 24 hrs per day 7 days a week.
The venue manager ensures business requirements are delivered to plan, including commercial, operational efficiency targets and managing in accordance to company policies and procedures. The Venue Manager is responsibility for all Brand Standards, Turnover, Cash Control, Health and Safety, Security, Recruitment, Team Training and P&L delivery.
You will be commercially aware, with a proven track record of team leadership, coaching and performance delivery. Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation. You will have a passion for customer service, be outgoing, friendly, approachable and confident. You will have an empathetic approach to dealing with the demands and needs of both customers and team members. You will be computer and numerically literate with cash handling experience. You will be able to multitask and solve problems with a degree of self-sufficiency within company policies/procedures. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with proven ability to innovate and deliver change. You will lead by example, and as part of a team, you will be flexible to changing shift patterns and demands of the business.
Applicants must be 18 or over due to the role being based in a High Street adult gaming venue.
Previous experience in a similar role is also essential.
