My husband had a meeting to attend to that I couldn’t go to for obvious reasons so he told me to wait in this pub for him for about a hour and a half as this looked the safest place to stay in Wood Green! If you have been to Wood Green you can easily see it’s a dangerous area especially for a 18 year old GIRL at 8 o’clock at night, there is NO law to say that you cannot sit in a pub without ordering. I told the man behind the bar that I won’t be ordering as my husband has told me to wait in here for a while and he said that it is fine ! I felt very judged and kept getting looked at CONSTANTLY by bar staff and other workers, I was sat in the corner where nobody else was and wasn’t making any noise and was being 101% respectful to the pub, the same man came up to me and said “if your not ordering anything your going to have to leave it’s been nearly a hour ur not ordering anything leave” so I tried to explain but he shrugged his shoulders and walked off before I could get a word in! Which is rude! If he can talk to me at least let me explain for the second time why I am here, he had no understanding and just walked away and kept watching me untill I felt SO uncomfortable and was forced to leave, now I am a 18 year old girl in the middle of Wood Green at 9 o’clock at night waiting for my husband in this horrible pervert*d town! I stood outside the pub to wait for my husband as was so scared to walk into the town to wait anywhere else freezing cold, surley a man has some morals to let a young girl sit inside who isn’t bothering ANYBODY! I am beyond upset and disgusted as how I have been treated to be thrown out into the center of Wood Green like this even though he said I CAN wait inside, horrible horrible staff I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to let you know what these people are like, now you may think maybe it’s the way I dress is why they kept looking as to they might think I’m up to something which is not the case, I take pride in how I look I was dressed very respectful and modest unlike WOOD GREEN and others in their pub! They could see I’m very young and they had NO simpathy, while I’m standing outside the pub I was being beeped and hollwered at by men triple my age and as any woman would understand it is not nice at al especially when your alone and scared ! Next time guys don’t change up ur words just because I wouldn’t give u a fiver for a drink ! Very mean people I had to get this word out ! Letting a young vunrable girl stand outside for 45 minutes isn’t very humane of you!?????? Now what do you have to say for yourself

Lovely bar! The service was amazing especially from a lovely lady named tia, she was very polite and super helpful. Definitely a great night!!

A very clean and well stocked, bar drinks for all good staff especially tia who was helpful and very polite will been going bk 👍

Hi, I would like to say what a lovely place, and great customer service, there was one lady called Tia and she was so lovely and made you feel so welcome and never left any staff waiting around and definitely knew how to keep people smiling.

After visiting The Rattle & Hum for some Birthday drinks, I can honestly say we’l be back!! The warm and fresh decor was immediately inviting. Lots of seats and a great bar with a wide selection of drinks and also snacks (Honey roasted cashews are the best ever!) we were served by Tia who was very friendly and helpful. She had great banter and definitely kept up there longer. We also ordered pizza, which was amazing! Great size and also quickly prepared. Prices decent as well. Until next time!!!!

I must say what a lovely clean fresh bar all ranges of beers and ciders and my faves the cocktails there was a lovely young lady called Tia well what can I say. What a very helpful young day she was will deffo come back and tell my friends about it
