This morning about 10.50 Am I went to halifax building society in wood green branch to open account for my wife, my wife was late to arrive, so, i sat down was waiting for her to arrive. And while I was waiting one female of the customers services on the desk asked to be served, I said you can serve next customer until my wife arrives, she said in a rude manner I can’t wait here wait outside until she comes , then I had to wait in the cold outside, For never happened in any branch or other bank, bad customer service.
