At Haringey we are committed to ensuring that all adults are able to live healthy and fulfilling lives, with dignity, staying active and connected in their communities. The advancements in Assistive Technology means that there are even more opportunities to support this.

A new Digital Care Service is being created, that includes our vital 24/7 Community Alarm Service that provides a monitoring and responding service to the residents of Haringey. The Digital Care Technician play a vital role in ensuring that all equipment is installed, de-installed and maintained safely and effectively in a timely manner to ensure service is maintained (this involves use of tools and ladders). As well as ensuring all customers and their family members/carers understanding how the equipment works and can use it effectively.

An exciting time to join this team as we develop and implement new changes.
