The Ticketing and CRM Manager is a new role for Alexandra Palace and is required to
develop and implement the CRM and box office strategy across all operational areas following
the procurement of a new CRM system.

The post holder will also be responsible for designing the ticketing strategy working in
partnership with colleagues across the organisation to identify revenue opportunities to achieve
commercial targets, and creating standard operating procedures for the Box Office, plus
overseeing the CRM functions to generate customer insight data in support of targeted and
effective marketing and fundraising campaigns.

Skills and Experiences

Experience of Spektrix is essential as is proven experience of ticketing operations including: set ups, dynamic or bespoke seating plans, on sales and campaigns.

This is an exciting role that will allow the successful candidate to shape Alexandra Palace’s ticketing strategy from the outset, and offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of
teams and stakeholders.

This is a full time permanent position.
The salary is from £33,320 depending on experience
