Every time I visit the pharmacy, the assistants are always courteous. I must give special mention, however, to Bianca. I wouldn’t expect her to remember me as the assistants must see hundreds of people each month, but whenever I come in, I don’t even have to say my name! Today, Bianca went over and above her duties by offering to go to their other shop so I could take advantage of a 3 for the price of 2 offer. Bianca also told me something I wasn’t aware of making it possible for me to collect my prescription elsewhere because I wouldn’t be near home all day. Excellent customer service
