Startups Magazine Editor, Anna Flockett, who loves to get chatty with startups and meet new innovators & entrepreneurs driven to change their industries. She has a keen passion to learn about everyone’s story and how startups are doing on their journey.
Arif Hussein is Founder & CEO, Klyk.
Arif is a serial entrepreneur with businesses in financial services, retail and technology. Before founding Klyk, Arif spent 14 years working in the City after graduating from Pembroke College, Cambridge with an MA in Economics.
He became aware of the e-waste problem a couple of years ago, around the time that advances in tech were slowing down but their durability was increasing. He founded Klyk to help bring confidence to refurbished devices and help businesses to achieve their sustainability goals without it costing the Earth.
Kristen Tapping, Founder of GoRolloe and Industrial Designer experienced in the automotive interior sector and with a track record of having won or placed in over 14 international design competitions. Strong interest in incorporating inclusivity and sustainability into everyday products. Currently, Kristen is developing and bringing to market GoRolloe, a device that attaches to bicycle wheels to filter outdoor air pollution (www.gorolloe.com) and is an Associate Lecturer of engineering subjects at London South Bank University.
Since launching in 2017 Clockwise made it their business to anticipate the needs of their members and their companies from day one. Providing permanent flexibility, ongoing support and proactive service, they make the time and effort to get to know who you are, where you’re going and how you’re growing.
From modest beginnings in Glasgow, they now have locations up and down the UK with many more openings planned for this year. These include our first building in London, Wood Green and the opening of our first space in mainland Europe, Clockwise Brussels.
