Let the gentle breathwork and transformational vibrations of sound take you on a meditative journey, quietening the mind, bringing calm and peace to your being, and reviving your heart and spirit.
We will start with some gentle exercises to stimulate the vagus nerve, helping increase your health and wellbeing, and then you will be guided through a Coherent Breath practice and meditation. Coherent Breathing is a very simple, yet very powerful, practice to help you feel calmer and more resilient. It’s safe and beneficial for everyone. It regulates and balances the nervous system, brings the electrical rhythms of the heart, brain and lungs into resonance, and helps us find a state of “relaxed aliveness.” Regular practice increases heart rate variability. Coherent breathing in athletes is considered to be the basis of the flow state, where sportspeople achieve better and more consistent performances than they thought they were capable of.
Following the breathwork you are invited to immerse yourself in the therapeutic world of sound, an effortless way to connect with the core of your being. Tune into your body at a cellular level, relax and bathe in the exquisite healing sounds of the Chinese Wind Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Celtic Drum, Rainstick, Sansula, and Chimes. You may wish to enjoy some breath awareness during this part of the session…or not…whatever feels right for you.
Sound Healing is all about vibration, resonance, and intention. It has been shown to strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system, slow down the brain waves and create the conditions for profound relaxation.
Every sound that has a loving intention is a Healing Sound. We not only hear the sound, we also feel it both physically and emotionally.

“Had a wonderful experience at the recent sound bath…lovely atmosphere and I just loved the variety of soothing sounds. Lisa has a fantastic range of singing bowls (and other fabulous instruments!)…..Had a really bad pain in my lower back on the day and when Lisa placed the bowl on my back, I felt an immediate release of tension. Next day, felt quite tired however there was a significant improvement of movement in my lower back! Definitely recommend attending this sound bath session…and Lisa has a fab sense of humour too, so expect to have a little giggle as well ; ).”
