Pop London was founded by two sisters. One, a sugar dipped fairy princess and the other a skate boarding, football mad tomboy. Eventually the sugar dusted off and the boxers changed to knickers turning two little girls into best friends. Pop London is a British brand based in London. We are The Goodness and we’re more than just a brewery. Making great beer is of course our main interest and in that we strive to bring you the most delicious, easy drinking beers we can produce. We care passionately about quality and to that end put a great deal of thought into everything we make. From sourcing the best ingredients, to matching our water profiles to compliment the style we’re brewing. We have a particular love of hops and many of our beers showcase those juicy, fruity flavours that we enjoy so much. With three brewers who enjoy many different types of beer you can bet there’ll be lots interesting stuff coming out of our brewhouse. What makes our barbershop so unique? Well this barbershop has been around since the mid 50’s,  formerly known as Jack’s Barbers. My father (the original Chris) came to London in 1964, soon after arriving from Cyprus he started working for Jack in Mayes road, Wood green. He soon became Jacks manager and eventually he took over the business in 1981, when we moved to our current address. I believe we are now the oldest Barbershop and probably one of the longest running family businesses in Haringey, having built a long list of loyal customers over the years with up to four generations coming from the same family and as well as a few celebrities a long the way.

London Skolars were founded during the Centenary Season of the Rugby Football League in 1995. Initially created for post-university graduates in London, the club quickly became one open to all and reflecting the cosmopolitan nature of Rugby League in the English capital. After achieving initial success within the London League, the club became one of the founding members of the Southern Conference in 1997,the forerunner to the RFL Summer Conference, winning the competition during its inaugural season. Later that year, they entered BARLA National Conference League, as the club played both in winter and in summer for four consecutive seasons. During that period the club hosted Strella XIII, on the first tour of Great Britain by a team from Tatarstan in 1998. That was followed by a tour of Tatarstan and Russia, the first time that an amateur club had toured the former Soviet Union. The club also demonstrated a commitment to developing the game during its amateur period, being one of the few amateur clubs to employ their own development officers.
